I live in Australia and pay around $90 for a 100gb monthly bandwidth at speed most developed country would consider barely ADSL. Here its called ADSL2+ (yes not just TWO but TWO PLUS) and I have to share the connection with 3 other people.

I barely have enough for porn let alone Blueray anime fansubs!
