I did say in the original thread title "or is it temporary"? I didnt say that the Wii spiked its sales after the pricecut but I think it only lasts 2-3 weeks not even a month just as PS3 did with the pricecut. IT DID NOTHING. If WSR and NSMB Wii didnt drive the Wii's sales and its due to the pricecut then the same thing could happen to PS3. SONY only relies on the revamp of PS3 and the pricecut, they have no software to show what happened? Its still in third place and 360 beats it in month of November, so much for the pricecut
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out
