argh, there's soo many to mention.
like some of the cool ones that i agree with is Samus' Hyper Beam, Vampire Killer and Gravity gun. there are probably other above too, but these I remember.
There's no such thing as Seph's Masamune it's just Masamune, since all of the ones from all games should be the same.
Does Link's Hookshot count, I love that, but if I had to choose only 1, it would be Squall's Lionheart Gunblade, just love it :D
