If I were you I would cut the ram back to 4GB as thats plenty for almost any task and switch the graphics card up to the HD 5850 if you can.

My reasons?

1. Modern graphics cards can help with encoding so more = better.

2. You'll benefit from a faster graphics card more than an extra 4GB of ram.
