Could inFamous 2 be the new Uncharted 2?

inFamous 2 could be an incredible game. I hate how they tease you with the true potential of Cole's powers at the end of inFamous.

iF2 could be truly phenomenal if they give us more variety in how we interact with empire city, give us more powers, improve the draw distance (inFamous has gorgeous graphics, but the draw distance could improve), smooth out character animations, and improve on the presentation in cutscenes a bit more. I'd love to see comic book panels pop-up mid-gameplay.
