I think it will also be the point were the PS3 starts beating the 360 in America. After Warner goes Blu-ray exclusive at CES, HD-DVD will be dead. MS will drop the 360 to 250,300, and 400 which will in turn force Sony to 350, and 450 (granted thier is no other PS3 modle by then). By the time GTA hits Blu will be heavy on the consumers mind, and it will factor heavly into their console decision. It may also help that 20 million people remember playing this game on PS2 4 years ago. In any case I see it at 12 million on the PS3, and 5 million on the 360 when it is all said and done. I can already here the roar of the retards, and yes it will sell this good even with the small user bases. GTA3 came out with a similar UB on the PS2 and it is at like 14 million. |
