Not all of these are negative, two example:
Optimus acquires Witcher developer in CD Projekt takeover - this is not a negative news, the only reason it happen was to allow CDP to become a publicly listed company and thus gain access to more capital. The owner of CDP retain full control of the company and also gained control of Optimus as they now own a 50% interest in the later company.
ZeniMax (owner of Bethsoft) acquires id Software - again not a negative, ID software went into this deal willingly and was not force into it due to financial issues, completely different from say, the Square-Enix bailout purchase offer of Eidos.
