Those German sites are only a stupid rumor: they say there is no mistake in "Vesperia PS3 2010", but they received this info from other distributors, so they don' t know anything.
It' s very probable that this distributor (maybe the same for all of them) wanted only to prevent a possible ToV PS3 Western release without any certainty.
