I vote AGAINST Rare.
Though they share the same name, they are not the same Rare that was joined at the hip of Nintendo during the N64 Glory Days. They aren't quite as badly faded as SEGA is right now, but they aren't far off.
Nintendo could pursue some of the individuals who were in charge of Rare during those days and have subsequently broke off from the company. That would be okay.
