I'd say GT5 but that will probably be put aside because it's a racing game. From the games I've seen (e.g., heavy rain, mass effect 2, god of war 3, etc.) there doesn't seem to be a clear winner. At least tentatively I'd say that it will be a ps3 exclusive (going by history) with a big possibility that a Q4 game will pull off it.
I personally don't think the last guardian is all that special and not sure why it's even listed in the OP.
