Nice tech, but more tech isn't always the answer. First it's likely that we won't see Tegra 2 soon. It's going to be more expensive. Likely noticeably more expensive to use than what's in the PSP. Even if they can shave the cost to be competitive the speed and capabilities of the chip aren't the only important parts. Theres the ram and bus. Both of which requires to be upped to that of the Tegra. Otherwise it will be a waste. So even if Tegra can be cheap it's going to spike the cost of the machine way more than just the costs of the chip.
I like companies pushing tech, but these pushed tech rarely get implements because of the support issues. It's the tech that's refined when the supportive technologies required come down in price. So yeah. Consider us to always be a decade behind in consumer hardware
