Its cool, but I think they over-state how powerful it is ... From that demo I would say that you're looking at a GPU which would be fairly competitive against the Geforce series at (roughly) a Geforce 4; which is a graphics card from 2002. This is probably in-line with the kind of performance you'd expect from Nintendo's next handheld, but I'd doubt Nintendo would choose this GPU.
