The sad thing is this came could sell on par with the Ace Combat games (as in good, but not platinum sales), and will be called a flop anyway.

As much as I hate quoting you and invevitably getting into some long arsed debate with you, if this game sold 750k copies I'd be very very impressed. I don't think it will, but I'd say any anti-wii type guy would have a hard time debating otherwise.

Of course that's provided they don't get all those sales at a discounted $10 price tag late in its lifespan or anything.

My issues are mainly with logical fallacies, intentional or otherwise. And here, we actually agree.

Also, I meant any game in the series, although all of them have sold well.

Looking lower down the list, I'd hardly call 400k a success, but not a flop, just a er, average sales I guess.

But yeah, we got alot in common, just seem to disagree alot :P. I see no reason this game is going to sell at all, it takes me as another decent game put out to death row with no marketing to stand on.

The thing is that 400K is just not a hit for HD games or major franchises. Most SD games would make a good profit with that many sales, such as Fire Emblem on the Wii.

True. The "1 million or bust standard" may apply to HD/PS360 games, but for the Wii it does not apply to the overwhleming majority of games. A million isn't the necessary benchmark for profitability.
