All of the worlds major powers are dependent on all the other major powers for many reasons, reasons which did not exist in the conditions of the other two world wars. It would be foolish for a powerful country to go to war with another powerful country. ... Unless a major upset in the balance of power occurs, then I don't see another world war happening.
