Metal Gear Solid 4- Does anyone else think it's massively overrated?

I enjoyed MGS4 A LOT. The game had many memorable moments, but overall MGS3 is my favorite game of the franchise. Do i think that MGS4 is overrated? No, i don't. It's still one of my favorite games of this generation.
