At the latest. The developers have mentioned that they're aiming for a 2011 release date, but could have the game ready as early as late this year. Though considering they don't really have any time constraints being placed on them, 2011 is far more likely. Either way, we should get a reveal no later than E3. I can't wait to see what they're working on, too. The possible return of Helghast Attack Dogs alone gets me excited.
OT:
I'm glad Left4Dead 2 got a few nods for the AI behind its changing pathways and zombie placement. And I know this isn't entirely related, but I love the modded servers that up the count of special infected. :D
