In terms of quality the Wii gets owned by both HD consoles (individually, and certainly combined) as a matter of routine each year. For the Xbox 360 that has been since the Wii's inception in my opinion, for the PS3, since 2008.
The Wii just doesn't have the high quality third party support necessary to compete in the quality stakes.
