Post your opinions on the game if you bought it.
I preordered it few weeks ago and picked it up Tuesday. So far the game isn't that bad. It does take a lot of ideas from Zelda and GoW like button placement of items from Zelda, the random puzzles. It even makes a similar noise when you figure out a puzzle like in Zelda. It has quick time actions like GoW where you press O after hurting enemys enough.
Overall I like the game so far but after JUST beating GoW 1 and 2 again from GoW collection my expectations were a little higher for a action adventure game and even though it's good in its own way it doesn't compete to the Ps2 masterpieces. The action was dull in the begining with only 1 weapon and square being your only attack but you get another weapon mapped to triangle and spells later on. The puzzles aren't very challenging. My biggest complaint about the game is the lack of music. Most levels either don't have music or you can barely hear it even with music turned all the way up.
It's something to hold me over until GoW3 releases.
