To be fair, I currently do not own Xbox360.  The systems I own are NDS, Wii, PSP, PS3, ITOUCH, and Mid-end PC i.e. everything but 360.  Though 360 seems to be a great system, I have yet to find a reason to grab 360 after having all other systems.  But Natal could certainly be my reason to grab 360. And I am truly exicited about it.  Now having said this, I like to raise a question to everyone.

Will Natal meets out expectation? Especially after the new information released with CES 2010.

When Natal was initially revealed in E3 2009, it was stated that it has its own internal CPU & Memory.

This was now refuted for the cost savign purpose.  This will result in the games using Natal not be able to achieve the 360's maximum potential in terms of graphics.  Now this is true with PS3 Wand, but as for Natal this is a new information.

Natal supports 30FPS for motion capturing.   Perhaps, this may be high enough but one should compare this with Sony's PS Eye.

PS Eye supports 60FPS with 640x480 resolution, and 120FPS with 320 x 240 resolution.

Now, Natal has not released what resolution it will support so the frame rate alone may not be fair comparison.  But something I noticed.

Natal has 3D camera, which PS Eye does not.  So this is definitely an advantage.

There are many other factors that has not been revealed to make Natal truly innovative technology.  These include resolution of the camera, software (how to process motion capture etc.) and the most importantly actual games that uses Natal.  So my interest in the Natal is still high, but after CES announcement, I think I will take slightly more step back before jumping on to Natal bandwagon as to call it is the ground breaking, most innovative technology.

What do you all think?
