I normally HATE Manga but i recently started reading the Tekken 6 manga and its GREAT i love it! so... i guess the first manga i like is Tekken 6!
As for anime, Code Geass above them ALL, with black cat as a 2nd to me, but that may change since im watching kiddy grade 2 (or kiddy girl-and but i hate that title, it reeks of pedobearness) and so far the Action is actually really, really tight, its Bleach-like action!
