Buying the game for XBox360 OR PC: 240 MS points
Buying the game for XBox360 AND PC: 400 MS points
Playing any game once: 40 MS points
Game rooms are individual arcades, no lines. I'm unsure of how many people you can invite to your game room at a time, but it's at least 1, and they can play any game you own for free, even if they don't own it. Games are up to 2 players, local or online.
