It's $3 to $5 to buy a game, $0.50 to play any game once.
Seems like a cool idea. Depending on how much their library covers, I can think of some SHMUPs that I would definitely be interested in.
EDIT: 240-400 MS points to buy, 40 MS points to play once for those that think in moon money.
