Considering how little Gamestop pays its employees, and what they have to go through, one would have to expect most who work there are raving fanboys whose purpose in life is to convert customers to their console of choice. Think about that for a moment.
In the case of myself, I had a chance to work at a Gamestop briefly over the holidays. I found the experience so horrible, that selling Hickory Farm sausages and cheese products and offering samples to holiday shoppers was a superior experience... and that is excluding I made more money doing the Hickory Farms gig.

Hardly man. I did find the food good to get and take home (am I a food fanboy? 
). The job actually wasn't bad, which is what I can't say about Gamestop.
