Good decision by EA. I hate people thinking sport stars should be a role model for anyone, they're not. They're humans that are good at what they do, and it happens to be that what they do gives them money and publicity. John Doe cheats on his wife, he gets a divorce and the only people to ever know are the family and friends. Tiger Woods cheats on his wife and everyone is horrified. I mean, come on, what the fuck do you care what Tiger does in his private life? This is why I hate when star's personal lives get press, who cares who's dating who and who's cheating on who.

And I agree what someone said in this thread, it's not like EA had much choice, I mean, who else is known worldwide in golf other than Tiger? Absolutely no one

FEAR MY PAINT SKILLS !

(yeah that took me a while xD)

LOL good effort, doesn't quite have the same ring does it?

Totally agree with zexen, anyone using a sports star as a role model for the personal life is setting themselves up to fall. Tiger is human, and humans fuck up, sometimes in worse ways. For cricket Ricky Ponting is a role model of mine, how he plays the game, how analytical he is. But as a role model for my personal life, I simply don't know enough about his for him to be a role model. For all I know he relieves stress after a game by snapping the necks of a bag full of kittens and breeds puppies just so he can set them on fire after stabbing their eyes out. Same applies with any sports star, you just don't know unless you know them personally.

This whole public lynching is crazy, the only reason the media give a shit is because of how much money they can make from the stories. Its not like they actually care about the dubious morality of adultery.
