Of course the 360. The GTA games after III have sold the most in the US, firm 360 territory for now, and even Europe looks like the big white box will lead for most of 2008.
Sales might be weaker than expected, as the GTAs were pretty much the most casual games in existance last gen, and I don't think most of the people who bought them have been willing to fork out the cash for a HD console just yet.
Then again I might be wrong, and the game has a solid chance of hitting 10 million combined, but 20 million is pretty far fetched.
