Some are making this thread a MS/Sony hate...but its about how unprofessional the employee's behavior was.
If only we can trade Gamestop/EBgames employees, the one near my house is pro 360 lol.
But whats worst than a bias employee is an uninformed bias employee. If working at like a Gamestop at least be informed of the competitors games/products etc. I remember i was in line at my EBgames waiting to ask a question about a PS3 game as the employee was helping a costumer dealing with 360 saying all these info about 360. My turn to ask him a question about PS3...the response.."never heard of it, you're the first to tell me about it". I couldnt care if they're bias but at least know what your rivals have too.
