If the tech works like Sony is claiming it to be (constant 120 Hz), you will not have any of those problem. The lights you have in your house flickers all the time and it doesnt give you headache or eye focusing problems because you cant notice it. Its exactly the same thing for 3D using shutting glasses that each open and close at 60 times per second.

That all depends on the light :P

Yeah we never know if they will really be able to run on a constant 120 Hz. For movies its sure, but for game we still dont know.
