Why do most third party publishers ignore the Wii completely ?

I don't think there is anything left to compare anymore!  We might as well just stop talking about this stuff.

 

Oh please, it was a terrible example and you know it.  Using Monster Hunter Japan only sales as an example that third party games sell on Wii worldwide is about as fair an example as saying platform games are highly popular just because NSMB Wii has sold well.

 

Lets ignore that Monster Hunter would sell whatever platform it was on in Japan, that it isn't as popular in the West and that no other platform game comes close to 2D Mario.

Kylie, the post you quoted was about there being no blockbuster third party games on the Wii

Monster Hunter is a blockbuster third party game on the Wii

It has nothing to do with worldwide popularity, which was not mentioned in the first post
