Its called oversaturation. There are only so many on-rails games that people want. Between, HOTD 2/3, RE:UC, HOTD Overkill, MOH2 (had an on rails mode) and Dead Space Extraction, Wii owners likely have had their fill. Maybe it shoots a message to capcom to deliver a proper RE game to the Wii fans. After all, RE4 was really good. Its much harder to milk a genre like on-rails shooters. Much easier to milk action adventure games.
