Final Fantasy XIII, the best ever?

My favorite FF combat system is the CTB system from X and Tactics. Anything after that was a step backwards. V was the best among the earlier crop of games.

I don't have high hopes for XIII. Taking the combat system from KH, the worst feature of a game I despise, doesn't help matters.
