Will Final Fantasy XIII get a rating over 90%?

I daresay FFX-2 was MUCH more better than FFXIII. Guess my expectations were too high.

You know I thought that was a bad thing, but I'm replaying FFVIII right now and I just realized the first time I actually got some bit a freedom was when I was 21 hours into the game...then I started to think of other FF games and there also very similar.
