Why do most third party publishers ignore the Wii completely ?

In short, the biggest advantage and disadvantage of Wii is the same, i.e. ability to differentiate itself from HD twins. Most developers just can't and/or won't create content for a platform with such redeeming qualities so different in many ways from traditional paradigm they used to follow in developing, marketing, publishing etc.
