Quite simple..
Let's compare to last year..
I've only taken the first 3 weeks from each year in december.

December 2008:
Wii: 4,022,552
PS3: 1,349,017

December 2009:
Wii: 4,211,242 (up 5% from last year)
PS3: 2,219,439 (up 65% from last year)

I would say PS3 does very good and Wii does okey looking at these numbers

Thanks for illustrating that the Wii is finally up YoY in monthly sales! :)

Considering how monstruous 2008 sales were for the Wii, this is truly breath-taking.

The Wii is looking very strong for the start of 2010.
