Selective development period. Something probably did take 2 years. Though I would still bet starting from the design process and investment costs(even a cancelled project costs money) it still too a LONG time and a large budget.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
