Nvidia specifically mentions in their features page:
Wear over your prescription glasses
Ensures that users with corrective eyewear can view fully immersive stereoscopic 3D. In addition, adjustable nose pieces ensure a custom fit for each user.
Many of the engineers working on this stuff probably wear glasses themselves... I don't think anyone really needs to worry about this.
