So do people actually still think NSMB Wii isn't pushing hardware?

Everyone thought the game would be huge, but not fastest selling game ever huge, I saw it as a game with years of legs, no doubt sells 20 million plus, but so far, it's selling over 1.5 million a week. That's something noone expected.

As far as hardware, in japan, yes, would the wii had sold less without it in NA and Others, i doubt it.

That's the power of Nintendo's bridge games. You can get the hot sales out front, and the long legs in back, for optimum sellage.
