New Super Mario Bros Wii Vs. Mario Kart Wii

It's a little too soon, but I marked NSMB Wii. Just looking at the last 4 weeks of 1m+ sales, it's hard to doubt this game's appeal, especially in Japan.

If it is able to maintain the legs that Mario Kart has, there is no stopping it.
