my phat 80gb ps3 has been running perfectly for a year, what should i do?

my ps3 has been getting a little noisy lately..not only that but ive always wanted a slim, i hate the phater models on the PS line....so i wanna know what you guys think...i have money and i wanna spend it already lulz
