A similar problem to apartheid, a similar solution. No money given to Israel until they put an end to a lot of this stuff, notably these restrictive checkpoints within territory that's supposed to be under Palestinian control, and put a stop to those horrific settlements that force the Palestinians to live in unconscionable levels of population density, while the settlers get plentiful land.
Israel's more than tough enough to stand on its own two feet, it doesn't need western nations aiding it in its questionable mission.
