Assassin's Creed 2 is leaps and bounds better than the first. I stopped playing the first after 1 hour, but I couldn't stopped playing the second one. AC2 has a very good story and better gameplay.
inFAMOUS is a sandbox game with an awesome story, fun gameplay, you can be good or evil, which changes what skills you use. You can unlock really cool electric moves, and has some pretty cool boss battles. I wouldn't call it a Button Smasher at all.
