is there a way to save my data just incase my ps3 does break?

I have 7 downloaded titles, a shittt load of trophies that im fond of, and some songs on my ps3 all of which i dont want to lose. Now, my ps3 is the 80gig of last christmas and im afraid that if my thing does break ill lose all my data.

sooo, is there a way to save it onto my computer?
