No. America will carry the 360, at least keeping it ahead.
And God of War is not a system-seller. The game itself will do fine, but its effect on console sales will be minimal. It's like Metroid or Mass Effect, well beloved to the point where it can sell quite well, but it really doesn't have the mainstream pull to net more than a few sales over normal levels.
