Not really surprising, first of all these are all incredibly popular shows. Secondly a lot of these shows air later, if they even air, abroad. I download the top 5 of that list myself (minus prison break) for that very reason.
More people should watch Dexter though.
And I didn't expect Heroes to be that popular still with all the cancellation buzz around it.
