Did you even read the part about 'teleportation'? It's not so much teleportation as it is instant transformation/transportation of data. It's not technology that will lead to Star Trek-esque teleportation.
But as Squilliam said, this is just a popularity contest anyways, and Natal in 5th bodes well for it's eventual release.
