Although I'll often have one game that I'm focussing on, I'll rarely play just one game for more than a week or so. Usually, I need some variety or I'll get bored.
I also find that switching games is good when I'm stuck on one; I don't get as frustrated as I would do otherwise, and I'm often better able to solve whatever problem I was having after I've had a little break.
