There have been too many great RE experiences, and at the time 4 was better than anything Dead Space has shown me so far.
BUT
I would say that when comparing Dead Space to RE5, dead space was wayyy better.
It is actually scary! This is what makes a good survival horror game. RE has completely sold out and lost its roots.
Lets wait and see if Dead Space 2 is better than RE6 before drawing any conclusions
