Of course. Although I have never seen Pedobear out in the open like that. The empire must really cast a blind eye to his antics though I suspect that its because there are no gay people and no pedo bears in Star Wars according to George Lucas. Ironically I have a gay friend who calls his penis George and I suspect that ignoring the pedo bear problem he has allowed it to escalate in his universe.
