actually, that video showed facial recognition on the eyetoy, twice.

I'd say 1.5 because it tracks things faster and more accurately than eyetoy.... and is more capable of tracking in the dark and such. However, the camera for the wand should be just as good, and there might actually be overlap in the games on the ps3. 360 natal games able to be played on the ps eye...unless I'm mistaken.
