..and i hate it for liking it suddently.
My thoughts about it are the same, (my memories about it were almost gone, but at least i remembered the places, and the unholy puzzles) its built around the battle system (i hated it back then, but now i was capable to make a Ubergroup ^_^, so i simply didnt get it right 3 years ago), the story is enjoyable, nothing special because of simple characters, but its.. ok.
without the exceptions to have big story twists and drama everywhere, its a great, polished game, and i am glad that i gave it another shot, but its - even after my second run - more of a Vagrant Story 2, mixed with FF Tactics as a real Final Fantasy. (to be honest, i think it should have been something different first, but square saw the potential of this game and renamed it Final Fantasy, to realize their intentions to put FFXIII on Next-Gen Consoles).
so... and now i want to play FFXIII. :P
