Off the top of my head:
Mass Effect - Unless it comes to PS3. I really like the look of it, but don't have a 360 and cant be arsed trying to get my laptop to run a game.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 - I loved the original, and the sequel just looks better, but truth is it's going to get forgotten after Bayonetta, Dante's Inferno and God of War III are out. Maybe I'll pick it up cheap one day?
Prototype - Looks like mad fun, but I've still not played InFamous and I was planning on doing that ages ago :(.
Alan Wake - Dam 360 exclusives >_>.
